I skipped a doctor’s appointment on Nov 2nd because I cannot possibly bring myself to face my bone and skin doctor to listen to his preachy healthy eating, healthy living sermon. He had threatened to send me to the dietician so I skipped the appointment. OK, I am a wee bit overweight, I know. But I am not ready to sit down for an hour to listen to some dietician preaching healthy eating, teaching me to count calories and how to lose weight. And I have to pay hefty consultation fees to both of them!

I am already on an eat-less campaign and do not snacks and eat only half of my normal portion. Besides that, I drank vegetables and fruits juices. Plus I exercise, well not that regularly due to the rainy/hazey/lazy weather.

I certainly could use a little help from some diet pills like this lady who took some lipofemme , said to be The Best Diet Pill to suppress her appetite. It is only like USD69 for three months, cheaper than my doctor’s fees. Whoa…..imagine the look on the face of my doctor if he found out that I actually hit my target of losing 5 kilogrammes. I would love to see that, but nay….I am not going to see him again. That is, if I don’t have another bout of serious coughs that last three weeks. *touch wood!*

I just joined a gym to lose weight (78kgs) that strain my heels and ankles. Guess what? After a week of hard work I found I can climb staircase with less huff puff, felt energetic and fresher after each cycling workout class to build cardio strength and lots of stretching. There are lots of ‘visual entertainment’ at the gym too. ;-)
