		<description>I just joined a gym to lose weight (78kgs) that strain my heels and ankles. Guess what? After a week of hard work I found I can climb staircase with less huff puff, felt energetic and fresher after each cycling workout class to build cardio strength and lots of stretching. There are lots of &#039;visual entertainment&#039; at the gym too. ;-)</description>
