My messy state of affairs

My housekeeper couldn’t come for her twice weekly cleaning this week.  My house is in a terrible mess because I just hate, hate, hate, hate the idea of mopping, sweeping, changing bedsheets, washing toilets and cleaning up the kitchen.  I don’t know if every woman is like me or I have been too pampered as a child.  I have two older sisters who are much, much older than me and thus, I never have to do a single house cleaning chores.

I like to live in constant chaos.  It gives me something to sort out when I am busy.  Take for example my pile of cheap earrings here.  I have wanted to sort them into pairs but had not done so because I like rummaging through them whenever I need a matching pair to go with my clothes.  Makes life more interesting.
