No excuses gym
No excuses gym sounds like a good name for a women fitness blog because it simply means there is no excuse for not keeping fit! Over this past week, I had been running around a lot and been stretching myself thin, literally. The work involves not only shopping but physical stuffs that needs some muscle works.
I am glad that I have not been totally vegetative in the last few months or else I wouldn’t be able to find the desire to even move my butt. Therefore, I seriously advocate older women like me to have a constant workout, some weight training, jogging and keeping a healthy diet to remain on our feet. I have seen a lot of older women fallen into two categories. One is those that remain seated by the sideline, watching the rest of the world goes by due to their ill health. The other is the group that I aim to be one day. This group are the active ones who are involved in community works with people of all ages. They have this happy faces, cheerfulness and style about them.
With the holiday season coming and plenty of food to enjoy, it is easy to overeat, not working out hard enough and gain several pounds after that. Check out the sponsor of this post, Noexcuses.gym and find what fitness tips you can find them it. If you take a good look at the more senior women, how their health affects their lifestyle, I am sure you will also want to start to take proactive steps from now. Each time I see some senior women who are in their late 60s, 70s and even 80s enjoying life, laughing, wearing beautiful clothes and accessories, I know that that’s what I aim to be, 30 years down the line. I had often asked them how they maintain themselves and all tell me that they exercise regularly.
