Let me tell you about this huge quarrel I had with a couple. They were my ex-colleagues and I said couple eventhough they were both girls. So, you get what I mean by being a couple? Let’s call the more domineering one K and the weak and sweet one J. K was all protective over J. K is the niece of the big boss. Both K and J were from another state far away and they were living on their own.

So, one day K told me she needed money badly because she had ran out of cash and cannot afford any meals for herself and J. Anyone would feel pity for such story, right? I wasn’t earning much then but took pity on these two girls whom were living so far from home. K told me she wouldn’t want to ask her uncle for loans. Fine, I lended her $50 thinking that they needed the money to tide them through the weekend for their meals.

On Monday, I found that K had actually spent all the money to buy a pair of heels to pamper her girlfriend J. I was very mad because she lied to me about not having money for meals. I demanded my money back but she had none. I waited and waited for weeks and still she showed no sign of paying me back. Finally, I threatened to get it from her uncle. K instead borrowed the money from her immediate boss, a manager who was my friend to pay me back. Doh.

So, my point is one shouldn’t have the bad habits of always depending on asking money from friends to help them through. Maybe if they are more disciplined, they can get personal loans from banks for their own indulgences. I bet K now is still forever asking for loans. Maybe, if she has been more discipline, our friendship would have lasted longer.

Anyway, if you are one who often gets into trouble with your finances, take a look at this site offering Secured Loans and learn what is secured loans, what is personal loans and Debt Consolidation Loan. I hope I don’t lose my friendship over money again in future. I can tell you that it can be ugly when it comes to money. Get it from a bank if you don’t want to lose a friend.
