Dessert for a nicer skin

Chinese emphasis a lot on foods to enhance beauty. There are ‘cool’ and ‘hot’ things, very much like yin and yang. One of our secrets to have beautiful skin is to eat a lot of ‘cool’ and ‘clear’ things. If you watch those Chinese movies, you may notice that they are constantly serving desserts. Things like bird’s nest, white fungus and various types of herbs are said to make a woman much more beautiful.

For an easy to make dessert, try this. Boil white fungus with rock sugar till soft. Chill. Serve with watermelon and honeydew melon balls. It is a very tasty dessert and gives you plenty of vitamins too.
