Nice ideas on using business cards

As you know, I have food blogs and very often, I take a business card from the restaurant I ate so that I have a contact to refer when I am writing my food blog.

So, I ended up with a big stacks of business cards and notice one thing. Most of their cards are blank at the back. Why didn’t these restaurants print some simple recipes of their foods so that at lease someone out there will use it as a reference when cooking? Isn’t it a great idea? Or how about some folklore or short story about the origin of their menus etc so that people don’t just chuck it away.
