My clock is all screwed up lately. I was ok with sleeping at 3 am and waking up at 11 am. However, three days ago, I went on a trip and the night before that, I did not sleep as we were leaving early in the morning.

From then onwards, I get sleepy at noon every single day. I even dozed off midway when I was chatting with my hubby on MSN. So, I had been napping a lot during the day and now, I have problem sleeping at night. By morning when the mosque was blasting the early morning prayers, I will be jolted out of my sleep. How I wish I have a sound machines like the one shown on the site. It will lull me to sleep with tranquil silences. Then, I will be sleeping ever so soundly like my little baby instead of fidgetting in bed, tossing and turning and only to be jolted awake when I was just about to sleep.
