Money comes, money goes
There is this old saying that goes like, “Money is the root of all evil”. Do you believe that? I do. But it is always the lack of it that drove people to do crazy things like robbing, murder and cheating. Very often, we heard of families who are torn apart due to financial difficulties.
So, it is perfectly fine if say we have a good hold of our money management and borrow only when necessary. And that too has to be from legal sources and not loan sharks which will tear your family apart if you failed to pay your debts.
If we are doing fine, getting secured loans may help us out in finding a better home or starting a business, for example. But one shouldn’t be too free handed in taking personal loans to fulfil their spendthrift ways. When these are not handled well, one will end up in deep troubles.
However, we cannot entirely live without loans as we never can accumulate enough cash to afford a house and a car. I too have been paying for housing loans and car loans until recently. Therefore, proper management of money will definitely not land us in all evil.
