Are those women on the slimming ads for real?

I hate to sound bitchy but sometimes, I am very sure that those advertisements for slimming centres have part of their body photoshop to make them slimmer. Otherwise, why do these women seems to stand on a weird angle and position? Moreover, I heard that those slimming programmes don’t work in the long run and these women will then be tied for life to keep going back.

However, if one has a liposuction, it will be almost instanteous and with some weight management, those inches lost will be more permanent. I am not sure about this because I don’t think I can ever dare to try it. I normally picture a cold hospital settings but looking at this California liposuction and Beverly Hills liposuction, I must say those are real plushy. It looks like a nice, cosy lounge and not like those cold, green, operating room at all.

No wonder so many celebrities are getting thinner and thinner almost instantly right in front of our eyes.
