Worse than spammers – competitors riding on advertisers’ backs

Of late, I notice a new kind of spam. They are actually not spam but competitors trying to get their links on some of my sponsored posts. I think this is one of the lowest scum because certainly they can afford to pay a bit of money to get their companies’ products or services to be promoted in a much honorable way?

So I failed to understand what are in the minds of these people. Do they actually hire some no lifers to scour the internet to find their competitors and then, place comments and ask people to visit their site? How much are they paying these people? What 50 cents a comment?

I know many people wants to make money from the net but I hope they still have some dignity left to be honorable and earn them in a decent way.

I spam those comments, of course!
