And?

If you are woman, you probably have seen and heard of this And? before.

I got it all the time from the hubby.  And other males too.  They don’t realise that a woman can just make a statement without needing to complete it into a full sentence.

Eg. if I tell the hubby, “I am so sad today.”

He would need to ask, “And?”

He probably thought that it was a mid-sentence and there has to be something like, “because my goldfish died or something like that.”

But that’s not what a woman means.  It simply means, “I am sad.”  Fullstop.   Maybe what she didn’t say is, “I need a hug/an ear/a kiss or something like that.”

But these dumb men needs a full sentence and explanation to get it.  Men.  They are all so dumb, aren’t they?

Most probably after reading this complete post, that And? will be the first thing they think of.  Bah!
