Over the last few days, I have received a few ‘awards’ like the Rockin Girl Blogger and the other one the whacallit smooches award.
I got it from Mumsgather, Giddy Tiger and Hijakqueen. Actually, I have done the Rockin Girl thingie many weeks ago. Thanks, ladies for the honour.
But you know what? I am currently sick and tired of some things. I wasn’t happy to see the response towards the Blogathon. It is not the donations because I have nothing to say about it as it involves money. But I am not happy that so few bloggers have blogged about it to spread awareness that fellow bloggers are doing it. I had learnt and read so much from YeePei and her team about mental health. I learnt about Unicef from Serge. I got to know what cancer is from Edrei and Kelwin enthusiasm in blogging live every 30 mins. are so inspiring. I have a chance to know more about being disabled from Pelf.
Then, I am super pissed with our current political situation. Though many may not see it, do you know that what is happening actually paints a very bad picture of us, as paid posties and people who make a decent living from monetizing blogs on the international front? We look stupid, moronic, super-idiotic, third-world and many more. Do you think this will not affect us, individually? I farking hate being look down just because of our nationality.
So, if there is one thing that we should focus on, it is to make our voices heard that we are not happy with the accusations thrown by the politicians. Make it known that if they have a bone to pick with the few individuals, go and nail them and don’t swipe the whole Malaysian bloggers.

Woman, I agree with you on the political issue. Too much of oppression in Malaysia and our basic human rights are being abused again again for their own politic game.
Gosh, I agree with you wholeheartedly. Makes me wish I had more than 24 hours in a day so I could devote some of it to the blogathon. SIGH…
