Recently, I developed this bad habit of drinking coffee after dinner. Dinner is usually 7 pm and by the time I finish my coffee, it is almost 8 pm. I will that feel so awake right through 4 am. I wish I can learn to fall asleep by midnight but nope, I will thrash in bed till 3-4 am anyway. So, might as well make full use of those hours to do something useful. Like learning new stuffs and building empires.

So, with two cups of coffee per day, I do feel very guilty. I normally drink one cup in the morning only. However, this piece of new is so welcoming. They say women who are OLD, like me, who drink at least 3 cups of coffee will not suffer memory loss so much. So yay to news like these.

DRINKING more than three cups of coffee a day helps protect older women against some age-related memory decline, French researchers say.

Men did not enjoy the same benefit, they said. “The more coffee one drank, the better the effects seemed to be on [women's] memory functioning in particular,” said Karen Ritchie, at the French National Institute of Medical Research, whose work has been published in the journal Neurology .
