I went to the local McD just now and had to queue up because there were so many tourists from the Middle-East and European countries. I really get annoyed when my little island is flooded with tourists because everyone is here for the sun, sea and whatever else they enjoy.
When I was standing in queue waiting patiently for my burgers and friends, I imagine flying off to some all inclusive resorts far far away from my home. Then I do not have to be hole up in this little place and get strangled by tourists. If I am say, at an all inclusive jamaica resorts, I will be pampered and not having to line up for some greasy burgers.
The queue was moving ever so slow because the Arab kids just love icecreams and there are five each in a family. Bah, my mind then wander to an all inclusive resorts caribbean holiday destinations where I can sit at the bar and be served instead of standing waiting for my coke.
“Maam, take away or eat-in?”
And there ends my fantasy.
