The sacrifice of a mom

I had wanted to buy the Sony Walkman just for kicks. My Sony Vaio laptop and Sony Ericsson S500i both produce very good stuff as they are. Anyway, not that I need any world class sound system because I cannot discern between kickass and ok-ok sound. Who has time for that anyway? I had to listen if my kids are screaming murder or the pot is boiling over beside my music. The noise cancelling, new model looks yummy too.

But sigh….a mom gotta do what a mom gotta do. I didn’t buy it but let my 11 years old kid bought it and claimed it as his. It is only RM299 now for 1GB and we bought another earphone, a better one at RM99. He got the black Walkman as it is call Devious Dave. Dave is my son’s real name.

Actually…I didn’t buy it because I want to ‘squeeze’ a much more expensive phone from hubby. One that costs over RM2K. *evil*
