I had been climbing up and down slopes during my holiday. The mountain air is cold and hence, one doesn’t feel sweaty during the climb. However, I realised that I have overdone the climbing and now my calves and thighs are painful. It could be due to over exertion.

Seriously, I think I need to exercise more so that I can catch up with my growing kids as they love all these outdoor activities a lot. Otherwise, they are going to get ahead, leaving poor me behind. It is time I get my butt off the chair and go out for more exercises. On top of that, I am going to see how nutritional supplements can benefit me. I read that one needs lots of protein if we are going to increase muscles. Moreover, with my age, I certainly need more protein because I am passed the drinking milk age. Milk now gives me a tummy upset. I think I should explore taking protein supplements instead.

One other thing that my older friends told me is to take care of my joints. Ouch, I do not want to be bog down with joint pains at my age. So, I better get some good joint health supplements or I will be immobile if I get joint pains. Then, I am going to miss out chasing my future grand-children around the parks, isn’t it?
