Getting loan from legal sources

I just learnt how loan sharks or illegal money lender works. My guy friend told me 9 in, 13 out, daily rest. I was totally puzzled to that term. He explained to me that it means, if you want to borrow $1000, you get only $900 but you need to return $1,300. I forget what daily rest means.

Anyway, ladies, those are serious stuffs so stay away from them, will you? Do not get into messes like that because you will be in deep troubles, you probably are forever in debts. If you really need personal loan, do find legal sources. Otherwise, no one can help you when the lenders are after you.
