Credit cards woes – Whose fault?

I know a few friends who are in debts and owe huge amount of money from their credit cards issuing banks. They will be swing from
credit cards to credits, trying to balance their financial situation. I often wonder if it is their own doing that they are constantly in debts?

Let’s say that there are all these 0% credit cards and people tend to take for granted and kept swiping their cards like no tomorrow. In the end, whose fault is it that they are in debts? Is it the bank that allow it or the folks who cannot take charge of their own lives and pocket?

Personally, even if I am given the attraction of
0% balance transfers cards, I know I am not one who can chalked bills that I am not able to pay. I suppose it is the individual’s discipline on how they manage their own finances.
