I have not heard of this product which is supposed to enhance weight loss. Initially, I thought muscle milk is for body-builders to grow lots of muscles.

However, this is what their website explains :

Muscle Milk is an “evolutionary” muscle formula promoting efficient fat burning, lean muscle growth and fast recovery from exercise. Metabolically favorable ingredients stimulate growth and recovery in a similar manner to mother’s milk nourishing a baby.

Hmm…I don’t know about the fat burning part but I do know that babies on mother’s milk rarely get overweight because of the healthy balance in the fats and protein contain in mother’s milk.

I see that they are sold in cartons. The calories per serving is 350, of which 150 is from fat.
