Lucrative business

I think the real estate field is the most lucrative one. Just like lawyers, they are selling whether times are good or bad. For example, during bad times, lawyers need to deal with people going bankrupt and they still have business when everyone is not doing well.

The same goes with real estates. When the price is going up, everyone wants a piece of it. When the prices are dropping, people want to get rid of it. So, either way, if you are a real estate agent, you will have a constant flow of business. It is a no-lose situation.

So, I would say it is a real interesting field and coupled with a good PR, i.e. public relations, one can go very far and get very rich with it.
