My sister told me that her son has decided to hold his wedding banquet in our country instead of getting married at the bride’s country. Am I glad to hear about that. You see, original plan was to hold the wedding in Singapore and it means all of us have to fly to Singapore to attend the wedding dinner. There aren’t that many of us relatives so we usually attend all the nephews and nieces weddings or the banquet will be void of relatives.

Now that it is going to be held here, it means I have more money to give as wedding gifts. Otherwise, I will be dead broke after paying for the airtickets, hotels, expenses and almost have no more for the gifts. My sister too is happy because it means less expenses.

Right now, her future daughter-in-law is busy buying stuffs for her wedding. She didn’t hire a wedding planner and prefers to do it herself. Sis told me she bought some fabulous and unique wedding accessories online and it is so much cheaper than getting professionals wedding planner to help.
