I just came back from dinner at this char hor fun place. The woman normally fries the hor fun from around 6 pm till 11 pm. Business is brisk as she sells char hor fun, yee foo mee, oyster mee, salted fish beehon and one more item which I love most, the mee sua kor. She works non-stop, washing the wok, fry, washing the wok, fry and it goes on and on and on.

So, while sitting there observing her, I realised what I am doing is not much different from her. Write, publish, submit, write, publish, submit….and I earn in greenbacks while her hor fun is only RM2.80 per plate. I didn’t need to sweat and I even get to crap with my friends on MSN while I put up my feet high on the table and drink ginseng Sting. Nice eh?
