So, they are going to Italy

Yesterday was a lazy Sunday afternoon and I was supposed to do some important video with talking parts for some submission. Deadline was buzzing at my door and whom do I bumped into but the in-law? She tagged along with me to the pool where I was supposed to take the video and she farking spoilt my whole video session. I need to do some talking parts and then, got my kids to join in. But she babbled at the back and it pissed me off so much, I wish to, to, to…ok, you know what I mean?

She and another sister is going to UK and Italy. She got a daughter who works as a kindie teacher and she can’t fill in one freaking form! So, she came to ask her brother to fill for her. One blardy form! Can you imagine that?

So, I really don’t know how the three of them are going to survive the trip? I hope they end up on a plane to Timbuktu instead of heading to Italy. *evil grins*

Talking about Italy, she asked us what are the nice spots there. I had been to Italy but I doubt I will want to talk to her about all those beautiful, magnificent structures that almost bowled me over. I never got into Sistine Chapel due to long queue but had been a few other places like St. Mark’s Basilica and the Piazza San Marco. Italy is one place where you have to go with some Christianity background in order to appreciate it more.

I stayed in several italy hotels in Florence, Milan, Rome, Genoa but I love venice hotels best because of the really traditional set up. I was like transported to the Roman empire. However, I stayed at the Sheraton in Rome which is a mordern hotel and doesn’t give me much of the feel of the local Italian feel like other rome hotels.

Back to my pool experience, yes, the whole afternoon was spoilt because my video turned out sucky and I have no choice but to send it over as it was deadline. Grrr….
