Life without a housekeeper
My hubby’s niece has helped us for more than 10 years already. When I was working, she already helped us clean house. Now, I have already stopped working for nine years so that means she has been around that long.
One and off, when she fell sick or she has some urgent things to do or during holidays, I will have to manage without a housekeeper. Usually that lasts at most a week. I don’t do toilets, I don’t do ceiling (fans), I don’t change bedsheets. I only mop and wipe some kitchen tops.
So I am now hoping she will recover from her aching back soon and be the Cinderella soon. Otherwise, I am going mad with a dirty house. *sigh* Like I told my hubby, cleaning house is not in the marriage contract, so he either do those things himself or don’t grumble.
