LOL, no I am not asking this for myself. However, a lot of searches are looking for how to tighten vagina. It seems like a big (sorry, pun intended) problem for a lot of women. One of my pregnancy and breastfeeding blog has a few posts so I thought it will be good to make a post here.

So, does anyone know how to tighten the vagina muscles without doing the kegel exercises? Is there any home remedy that your grandma taught you? LOLOLOL.

    Vinegar. It tightens the vaginal muscles. But warning, it burns!!!!

    Keggels.. ya know.. tighten your muscles like ur trying to pee… hold it and breath do it over and over.. I heard it from that old lady on Oxygen

    A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine.

    Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over, about 200 times a day. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.

    I once heard you can use vineger and something called alum, which is actually used for tighning the skin. Just use maybe a tbsp of alum and mix it with the vineger
