No electricity

I was chatting with a blog buddy and midway her place has no electricity supply. She was cussing because all her works were lost and it took time for her to fire up the connection using her phone modem. She was complaining about the heat and the darkness as it is almost midnight when that happened.

I hate getting electricity supply cut off as well. But I am a little bit lucky because we have a generator at home and I can get the fan, the modem and a decent light if that happens. However, I am lucky that so far the supply has been stable.

By the way, I wonder what are patch cables and wanted to ask my hubby about it. However, he has gone to sleep. Never mind, there is always the almighty Google and it says :
