If you are born and bred in European countries, wine drinking become second nature. Over in France and Italy, I notice they drink wine like water. They have wine for every meals and the prices are so cheap there. In fact, their wine is cheaper than soda.

However, for us who do not have vineyards in our country, it takes some reading, lots of experimenting and some coaching before we can dare to talk about wine. Morever, good wines are sometimes so expensive, we hardly have a chance to taste it even.

But we are lucky now we can have access to cheaper wines from California, Australia and South America. So, getting a few bottles to store at home is a good idea as good ones normally sold out fast. Sometimes, I will jot down whatever I read and head to the regular wine shop and find if we have stock here.

Wine Racks are probably what I should be getting because right now, I merely keep them stored in my cabinets. As I don’t have a wine rack, I put them upright. I read that this shouldn’t be the case because the cork will dry out. If you are also looking for wine racks and other wine accessories, why not take a look around the internet and find them?

Wine is a puzzling subject to me. To the verge of being pretentious, no?
