How to cheat your way to better health

I am going to start my vegetarian fasting in a couple of week’s time. I did it not so much for the faith but rather the overall feeling of unloading all those toxins in my body.
Normally, I will go on 40 days of vegetarian diet and I can feel and see the differences on my skin after that regime. It is not easy and frankly, I do feel like quitting it when I see some juicy steak or yummy seafoods.
The only thing that kept me going are those fake meats and fake seafoods. My brain tells me I am still eating meats and I feel so much better. The above is a plate of fake chicken meat or rather soy made as satay. It does look good, right?
