Easter Dinner

Easter normally sees me busy like a headless chicken. Usually, my choir group will be singing on Easter morning mass. So, a large part of the day will be spent in church as the mass is usually quite long. Therefore, I have almost no time for any lunch preparations. By the time I got home, it is usually lunch time and I won’t have time for any cooking.

Eating out is no fun because Easter is not celebrate on a grand scale here. So, looks like I shall have to resort to Easter Dinner if I wish to make Easter meaningful. Time to get myself some nice steaks or lambs plus a bottle of wine. Check out this site with Riedel and find out if you have anything you can buy for Easter.
