The sexy smile behind the sexy voice

Do you notice that some people tends to ooze some aura that they are friendly, warm and full of fun while others are like dead fishes? As a former secretary, I have to use the phone a lot and after some years, I could almost judge a person by their voice. Once, the chief police told me that a person like me will make a good voice identifier in their special branch. He was always amazed how I know it is him at the first hello.
