Go chill
I hate it when people asked me for opinions and then, refused to hear a word I said. Most times, I know all they want is a listening ear. But I think it is mighty cruel to let the person living in his delusional world when I can clearly see the problems. So, I told him what I see and he gets agitated and insist that everything is according to how he sees it. Oh well…it is up to him.
Maybe he should see a doctor and get some help. But he refused. I am so pissed I think I am going to tell him to get some kava kava and calm down before he does another foolish thing.
I heard that it helps with people with social phobia, paranoid, obsessive and etc? I don’t know. Do you? Have you heard of this before? It is said that they are planted in some high mountains and are organic and etc.

Talk therapy is the best cure for social phobia. There are medications, particularly anti-Ds that can help, but it’s much wiser to invest some real effort and energy in working through the reasons that you have social phobia in the first place.
Kava-kava is like any other OTC supplement – you don’t know exactly what you are getting, and it could have negative health effects that you didn’t know you were getting.
