I woke up this morning and felt like killing somebody. I found that I do not have internet connection. Upon checking, I was told that the ISP, TMNet has disconnected our line because they want to upgrade it. And do you know how long it takes for this company to do that? Seven working days.
I was so angry and so pissed with them. If my hubby is not handling the matter, I think I will personally go over and give them a punch. They cut off my line without warning and they need seven freaking days to restore the new one for me. I want to take whoever is responsible and give them a good shake until their head dropped off their shoulder. Hmmm…I am beginning to sound like a drunkard cowboy in a bar brawl. Hahaha. Blame it on the range of these nice looking bar faucets which got me carried away with my imagination.

I so know what you mean…TM just simply cuts lines when they feel like it with no prior notice, and their customer service seriously sucks. Which other provider charges you broadband rates with speeds to rival DIAL UP..aihh..
