So many people have grown up with a huge problem with acne. I have seen 30-something women with huge acne scars and many of them have spent their life with low self-esteem due to the very distressful problems.

My son has a friend who is terribly allergic to almond. He will get a bad acne flare up if he eats anything containing almond or even almond oil. So, whenever he comes to my house, he will ask, “Got almond?” if I serves him anything.

He told me that the flare up will lasts for a long time and that’s why he is terribly afraid of accidentally taking almond. I asked him if he has acne treatment before? He said he has tried several acne treatment and finally, the doctor found out that he has allergy to almond.

Well, at least he is lucky that on other days, he doesn’t have problem with bad skin.
