Backing up my PC

My children are utterly pissed with me because I had been delaying in backing up my PC and upgrading my Vista. You see, the problem I am facing right now is this stupid Vista which caused the whole house internet connection to cut off whenever I log on. Initially, we thought it is only the wi-fi causing the problem. So, hubby had a cable plugged in. And we are still having the same problem.

What I am supposed to do is to back up all the files in my PC and send the thing to the shop for some investigations. I also want to upgrade my computer memory as well. But day after day, I never find the time to sit down long enough to do so. That’s why my children are so mad because their internet connection still get cuts off whenever I get online.
