The weather is gloomy today. On and off, it rains. I like rain but I hate the sound of the loud pattering of raindrops on the metal roofing on my neighbour’s apartment unit.
I do not know what type of roofing they use for the shades but they make a very loud noise. I love to hear rain falling down but not that noise. How I wish I can throw a wet carpet on it to absorb the sound of the rain? Hhmmmm…maybe I should. They wouldn’t know, would they? Cos the roof is above their unit and unless they realise there is no sound coming from their shades, they will never guess.
