I haven’t get sick for a long time and this time when I fall sick, I get really sick. It is like making up for all the months I was well. It started with a sore throat, then, chills and fever and more sore throat. Now, I am coughing out yellow sputum and the lungs hurt.
This is all due to the bad haze and the contaminated air I am breathing in. How I wish I have the money to fly to some mountain top and enjoy fresh, crisp mountain air. It is just wishful thinking because we have no time, no free schedule and certainly not enough money to go for any grand holidays like one of those Vegas vacations. So, like it or not, I shall have to pop more anti-histamine, cough syrup and sleep the cold and flu away.
