I have recently been into Indian herbal and ayurvedic method of beauty and teeth whitening. My Indian friends have such lovely, white teeth and I asked one Indian lady what she uses as teeth whitening method.

She shared with me that she uses neem toothpaste imported from India to get teeth whitening effect. So, I immediately bought a tube of neem toothpaste to whiten my teeth too.

Initially, I thought the neem toothpaste will give a bitter taste as I know neem leaves are bitter. However, the neem toothpaste just tastes like regular minty toothpaste.

So far, I have not seen any teeth whitening effect yet and wonder if it is probably due to my Chinese genes that my teeth are enternally yellowish unless I go for professional laser teeth whitening?
