I normally am too lazy to put back my earrings into their plastic bags after I have worn them. Normally, I just unhook them from the ears and hang the earrings on my table lamp.
Now, I have taken out the tiny Christmas tree and I love hanging my earrings there because they look like Christmas baubles. I am going to see how many pairs I can hang, from now till Christmas.
