Initially, I was supposed to make fruit enzyme. However, some scientific and chemical reactions have caused my intended fruit enzyme to turn into orange alcohol.
I left the fruits for too many days as I was away in KL for five days. I was supposed to separate the fruit pulp from the enzyme produced. As I was away and the weather was awfully hot, the enzyme broke down into alcohol.
When I got home, I took a few sip of the enzyme and it actually made me feel light headed. Now, I dare not make anymore fruit enzyme at home because I do not want to end up moonshining at home, brewing alcohol at home for consumption. Hic hic hic.
