Of PMS, sugar cravings and being in tune
With 20+ years experiences of having the dreaded period, I guess I don’t need the expert to tell me that my body goes haywire sometimes. I am supposed to read some prototype 37c reviews but I suddenly had a lousy feeling.
I will crave for sugar and especially chocolates at only certain times of the month. Next, I must have super spicy foods for the extra kick. It is almost sadistic how I would sweat and burn my tongue over them just to feel good. Or the guilt that I am not going to fit into my jeans when the water retention kicks in before the period.
I am not about to get all PMS-ing over the sinful acts of stuffing cakes and chocolates on these few days of a month. I suppose if I can’t win ‘em, I might as well get orgasmic over chocolate truffles and chocolate cheesecakes.
So, ladies, are you in tune with your body? Do you notice these changes each month?

I do notice the changes – sugar cravings, tender breasts, oily T-zone, small pimples, feeling thirsty more often than usual, water retention, stomach ache or sometimes diarrhoea before menstruation. So, yes, I’m pretty much in tune with my body.
