Are steel buildings necessary hotter or colder?

To tell you the truth, I have never been into any structure like those steel buildings before. In our climate, I suppose it is almost impossible to have steel buildings due to the hot tropical sun. One will be cooked like in an oven, I suppose?

However, these steel buildings are very popular in other countries. I have seen them and they do look just like a normal abode. People use them for various purposes and that include offices, warehouses, homes and other structures.

If you have experience of staying in such buildings, can you share what it is like? Are they like our normal containers offices used by developers as their site offices?
